Q : Where do you deliver to?
A : The hamper delivery service is exclusively available within West Malaysia. However, please note that regions such as East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), highlands, and islands are not covered by our service.
Q : How much will I be charged for delivery?
A : Free shipping service is only applicable to special offer products. A delivery charge of RM15 per hamper will be applied to all hamper series, along with a RM15 delivery fee for gift series. Please be advised that terms and conditions are applicable.
Q : Can I schedule my delivery in advance?
A : No. The request to set a delivery date is NOT allowed. We will arrange for your order’s delivery once we get your confirmation on the payment mode. Therefore, we encourage you to adjust your expected delivery date. The ordered hamper will be ship out within 5 to 7 working days except for public holidays and weekends.
